#LynnForNepal

On May 22, Students of the New American Center gathered along with other members of the Lynn community to remember the victims of the Nepal earthquake of 2015. Fundraising and a candle lighting ceremony honored those that are still suffering today. Julia Baraily and Harena Gebreyesus organized the event with speakers and prayer.

The students of the New American Center prove, every day, that they are resilient and hardworking, striving to make the world a better and brighter place, one candle at a time.
